Noble (Dr.) Stephen Yeboah was born on 15th February, 1969 at Akyem Oda in the Eastern region of Ghana to the late Kojo Fordjour and Madam Mary Ama Eduwaah. At a tender age, Noble (Dr.) Stephen Yeboah trained as a herbal practitioner by apprenticeship from a medical Doctor and a herbal practitioner by name Narinja from Kokomba. He was also mentored by Papa Kofi and Eno Yaa Tiwaa who were both herbal practitioners.
Noble (Dr) Stephen Yeboah started his own herbal preparation when old age caught up with Eno Yaa Tiwaa. People within Gomoa Oguakrom and its environs begun to show interest in his herbal remedy because of its efficacy and potency. His wife joined the vision train and gave him her full support. As a successful entrepreneur, Noble Dr. Stephen Yeboah decided to expand the business, hence, employed Kwesi Kum, Efo Baba Gameli, Frank Seim and Ebenezer Arthur to help with the production, distribution and marketing of the products.
Lucky Herbal Enterprise was duly registered in July 2011. The idea of such a business was mooted and spearheaded by Noble Dr. Stephen Yeboah, an experienced herbal practitioner and a research fellow, who has employed 540 staff. He has contributed immensely to the reduction of graduate unemployment and extreme poverty in the society. Noble Dr. Stephen Yeboah’s journey from scratch to the present status of Lucky Herbal Enterprise has been a long and turbulent one. However, diligence, determination and perseverance have seen him through to this far.
Noble Dr. Stephen Yeboah, Herbal Industry Entrepreneur of the year 2015, is also a member of the West Africa Nobles Forum. He was acknowledged by Pillars of Modern Ghana Awards and received a Life Time achievement Award in Herbal Medicine Practice in July, 2015. His company was also adjudged the Leading Herbal Medicine practitioners in West Africa in October, 2015.
As part of his corporate social responsibilities, Noble Dr. Stephen Yeboah has supported a number of social groups, educational institutions, religious groups, and orphanage homes. He also provides free health screening, make donations to Mama Zimbi foundation, provides free treatment for widows, and has constructed and furnished an Information Communication Technology Centre for Nyakuadze Oguaakrom D/C primary school, and construction of Fence Wall for Osamkrom Prisons. Others include the rehabilitation of the Agona Swedru Police Station as well as the maintenance of the offices of the Motor Traffic and Transport Department of the Ghana Police Service, Agona Swedru division.
Noble Dr. Yeboah is also into the oil and gas business and is the owner of the Yeb Oil Company Ltd. at Gomoa Okyereko which is affiliated to Pacific Oil Company Ltd. There is another fuel station under construction at Gomoa Onyadze in the Central Region of Ghana. He has a 45,000ltrs fuel tank truck and a 25,000ltrs gas tank truck. He is currently constructing a factory at Gomoa Manso for the production of bottled and sachet water. Currently, Noble Dr. Stephen Yeboah is working on Television and Radio stations that will hit the air waves very soon. He also owns a Hotel and many other ventures with the aim of creating employment for the youth in Gomoa Oguaakrom and the nation at large. Noble Dr. Stephen Yeboah is married and blessed with five children. He has travelled around the globe promoting and researching into herbs of nations.
